So today this came on when I started my car. I just got it at 43091 miles. What should i do? My oil change isnt due for another 5500 miles. Bring it in to the dealer or reset it?

You can reset it yourself. The procedure should be in the manual.

It’s just a setting in your maintenance part of the entune.
Looks like a 3rd gen with entune. @Bogunn is the entune expert.

Use your right side steering wheel controls. Go to settings in the information center. Scroll to “Reset Maintenance Reminder” and reset it.

There is a possibility that your dealership didn’t reset it at the last service. If there is no check engine light or other dummy lights on then it’s just your 5k reminder.
