Hi All!
I just bought my first Tacoma. It is a 2005 SR5 4X4 with a manual 6 speed. It had a new frame put on in 2014 and it looks real good but for some minor cosmetic issues.
The problem I have id going into 3rd gear if I don't pause while shifting it always grinds a little. Only third an if I pause it shifts ok. I don't know if this is just a quirk or if there may be a sync issue.
I have a little Honda Fit and I can gear mash all day long with no problem. But this is a truck so maybe I just need to relax and not be in a hurry. If anyone has any thoughts I would be grateful.
