I just saw the below on my entune phone app. I've personally never used the movietickets app.

As technology and markets change, third-party application providers continuously evolve their products and services. On May 15, 2019, a multimedia system update will appear on your vehicle display. After completion, MovieTickets.com will no longer be available in Entune™ App Suite, as this product will no longer be supported by the third-party application provider.
We apologize for any in convenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please contact the Toyota Customer Experience Center at 1-800-331-4331 Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, or Saturday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Central Time.
