New exhaust set up, thoughts?

Sorry, not a fan. With it being close to the cab and windows down in nice weather you may get some fumes.

I could see that being a problem, hardly ever have my windows down in AZ lol

Too close to the cab for me but otherwise nice idea. You will get the black fuel soot stain on the body though.

Even with the tip being out from the body about 2inches ?

Yeah. Tacomas run very rich from the factory. You might be ok if you keep it clean.

Dump it 3 times that and itll still powder the fender unless u never merge on the highway, never tow, never haul, never pass, never go uphill.

Open loop ur gunna be around 10:1
