New HPS Silicone CAI Hose

Just replaced my stock CAI hose and huge resonator with an HPS silicone CAI hose and my Taco sure sounds mean.

Not sure how much hp I gained (claims 15hp) but makes me smile every time I hit the gas.

Install looks a lot cleaner without all that extra plastic.

Definitely looks cleaner but there is no power gain with just a hose.

Just some mean sounds and no resonator box in the way of the air flow. I'm sure there is some gain but who knows how much without a dyno.

Thats easy to solve ... Nobody does

Yea I don't feel like spending $200 on a dyno just to prove I gained something with this hose. I just wanted to delete the resonator and not spend alot on a full cai.

I emailed them about a hose for my 4Runner. I'd get one if it was available.

As long as you feel the gain, that's what counts!

Faster throttle response and some mean sounds is what I got for a $150 silicone hose compared to a $250 full CAI.
