New Taco owner needs help

Hello guys,
I recently bought 2002 Tacoma Double Cab 4x4 on auction from Canada. I am from Europe. The car was delivered to me and noticed that the frame is so rusty that the car is dangerous to be on the road.
We don't have any Tacomas here and it's impossible for me to find frame from other truck. The only frame that i found is from diesel Hilux 2004. Do you know if the frame is the same?
I need to change the middle section of my frame or the whole frame. Don't know what to do : (
It will be very helpful if you give me some ideas.

There's a company in the states with a website named autorust and ends with d o t c o m which might have what you need.
