was getting around to looking over my brakes and when i crawled under with a light i noticed the OEM rubber bleeder screw booties were shot and ripped tp pieces when i removed them, so i did the norm and checked with the usual suspects AUTOZONE,NAPA,ADVANCEAUTO, and some auto joints like MIDAS,AAA auto, ACE hardware and nobody has these replacement rubbers without ordering online or God forbid going to the Stealership parts dept. i went over to LOWES to the aisle they sell random bolts screws, bolts, etc. in them drawers there were things called Furniture protection screw caps which were basically a vinyl cap in a few various sizes and colors at 4 caps a pack for .98 cents plus tax =$1.04 total. these nylon caps are what they use on those SPEEDBLEEDERS like Russell brand instead of the rubber ones.If anyone is interested they are made in USA by Hillman the LOWES part number is 881038 in AISLE 4 area where those drawers are for nuts and bolts. the correct size only comes in white color but thats cool too cause how many times i popped off the old black and couldnt find the sucker, with white almost impossible not to relocate it on blacktop driveway, plus you really cant see them on the truck anyways, they also sell smaller black ones but those DO NOT fit the nipple like the slightly bigger white .
