Noise from rear end after taking Tacoma off road for first time

Tacoma is squeaking and humming from the back wheels when I lightly brake or slowly turn after a little off road adventure last week. Any ideas?

Did youre off road adventure include mud? Some mud could have seaped into the brake drums.

I would pressure wash the rear tires and brake drum. I’m thinking Arnold is on the right track. Probably mud .

Might have to pull the drums and check hard ware

Sadly Toyota is still using 1950s technology drums.
