Noise when engaging 4x4

So i think my front diferential is Bad i put it on 4x4 and it makes a horrible noice like grinding and vibrating Bad coming from the front end... Anyone had this problem in the past?

Truck specs? J shifter or push button 4wd lever?

Your pic shows a massive lift so maybe the front shaft is bad.
