Raise the driver's seat height?

Is there a simple fix to raise the height of the driver's seat for a driver that is "vertical challenged"? My '17 suits me fine but a good friend has a 2010 and because he is about 5' 5", the "A" pillar and the sideview mirror create a blind spot. He would like to find a method to raise the seat height as can be done in many models of today's cars. Perhaps there is a seat that can be interchanged without much modification.

Put 1" spacers on rear (front) seat bolts. Helped a bit. No sunken feel wken sitting. I have a '13 'coma
