Rear panel removal

Looking for specific guidelines on removal of the rear panel on a 2020 Access cab. Seen others, but not to my model. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Dude I have the utility package in my 2021 Sr. I’ve been searching for months for information on how to safely remove the panel. If I could get it off I’d like to secure molle to it since it’s just a blank panel. I’d also weld of bolt an anchor point to lock a rifle. I’ve seen videos on how to remove the jump seat/seats but not the basic panel.
