RIBS!!!!

I’ve been craving baby back ribs for weeks so today I’m cookin em up!! I do the 3-2-1 method of cooking them un-covered in the oven (since Santa hasn’t brought me a smoker yet :-( ). 220-225 for 3 hours while spraying them every 30 minutes with apple juice & vinegar, then taking them off and laying them in foil with brown sugar & butter & apple juice and wrapping them up and puting them back in the oven for 2 hours. Then unwrapping them, covering them in sweet baby Rays bbq sauce OR Stubs and letting them cook for ABOUT 45 mins to an hour. Then EAT!!! I know there’s a BILLION different ways prople like doing their Ribs and seasonings and bbq sauces so I’m just curious what all of you like? Cheers!!
 
Been using stubs marinade's, and sauces. I tend to prefer leaner cuts of pork. I like to use rubs, or a marinade then sear the roast before cooking it at low temps in the oven.
