2001 Tacoma 3.4 liter. TDR package . Where can I get aftermarket rims? Nobody will sell them to me as they say it is either because it is a TRD or the rear drums are a larger size. Some people say it is because of the rear differential lock. Any help would be appreciated.

Get online and look around. Once you find a site put your truck info in and it will tell you which wheels will fit your truck.
