Yes there is. The holes are already there.I'm 50% sure that there are mounting holes underneath the rubber trim. Only one way to find out!! (Technically, there are more ways than one, but how is that any fun?)

I bought Toyota's factory rack took 15 mins to install. All racks should have the correct bolts size if ordered for your year make model.
I just have to buy those and then some other cross bars that can be adjusted so I can run my roof basket I gotWorth the $300 they pivot to the sides when not using them!!
The Toyota rack base doesn't have a channel that you can really mount other brackets or crossbars to, and it also isn't a very rigid rack compared to something like Yakima or Thule rated to carry a max total load "evenly distributed" of just 100 lbs. I have one and am considering moving to something more like the Front Runner Slimline II or the Warrior platform which are much more robust, more versatile, and, IMO look better.I just have to buy those and then some other cross bars that can be adjusted so I can run my roof basket I got
