roof rack setups

I am looking to put a full roof rack system on my tacoma. I currently have an ARE camper shell with built in T-track rails.

I want to put a cargo rack as well as a surf/ski rack but unsure which should go on the cab vice the shell. Has anyone done something similar that can give some guidance?

I have rhino rack tracks and crossbars with Inno board holders for paddleboards. Only downside is having to drill/rivet the tracks in your rain channels. I really dig the Innos, best I've used and on third set now.
