When i hit 55 and up my steering wheel shake alittle im on a 3 inch lift and wheels are balanced so what could it be

I think @OR17TRD meant check to see if the lug nuts are torqued to spec and if you have aftermarket wheels, make sure you have the correct lug nuts for those wheels. What are we working on? Check tie rod ends? Loose rack & pinion? Always a possibility of a weight flying off and you're no longer balanced.

Some after market rims take special lug nuts . If you bought the rims used you could have the wrong lug nuts. Just something to check

you asked what else could it be. It could be they need to be torqued down. If you have aftermarket wheels having the right lug nuts is a must. If you’re running wheel spacers??? That could be an issue.
Didn't mean to ditto ya there,... we must've been typing at the same time. Lol

Did they install them?

All any of us are trying to do is help. It’s very unsafe if the lugs or the rim/wheel is loose or doesn’t fit the center hub. I figure you will live through a wheel coming off the truck at 70 mph down the road. But a kid riding in a car is what I worry about and I’m sure you do to. So get them to check it out. Be safe dude
