slight steering wheel shimmy

I have a 2012 4x4 Tacoma. Since i've had it i get a slight steering shimmy around 55-60. Just had a new set of tires put on. They've been balanced 2-3 times, i've changed inner outer tie rods, wheel bearings, brakes, rotors, and gotten an alignment with no luck. Rack and Pinion is super tight so are ball joints. Someone please help me out here!!! Its no severe its annoying. I've heard different opinions on getting them road balanced to it just being the truck. Im starting to think it may be something between the rack and steering wheel. I know these trucks are bad about the steering link thing going bad.

Have this problem with my 2015 4x4 and just got use to it. I have oversized all terrain tires and no way to get balance perfect. But it's so slight it doesn't bother me. I also had this problem in a compact car and it ended up being wheels. Bought new wheels and it went away. No shop could tell me the problem so guessed right for a change...LOL
