Smog Pump

Just got a 2014 Tacoma Base,just wondering if the wyning noise in smog pump is something to be concerned about?

Sorry B.C. i'm very new to the sight...Thanks for the piece of mind for now. The last Toyota truck I owned was a 1984 SR5 Loved it then and in memories still do.

Its all good.
The pumps make a lot of noise at start up and shut down.
Perfectly normal!
If the sound is the wife blowing off steam, just turn the stereo up

i would love to turn up the stereo but the rear speakers mounted in the upper cab liner don't work...??? That's another Question I was Wondering about ???

Great motors. My wife has one in her 4Runner. It has been a great vehicle. 170k brakes battery and tires is all it’s needed. It could blow up tonight but we have been very pleased. It’s a 08
