Unbolt what's there, lift it up, put those in, and tighten the bolts to 500 ft. Lbs.

That's the drive shaft shock...
You just cut your rear drive shaft in half, slip that in there and JB Weld it back together.

Green, def green...
You'll want to hand tighten the fasteners, wrap some tie wire around the stud a couple times, fill up an orange wire nut with Green Loctite and twist the ends together...
Locked and good to go!

More washers = more lift! I bet you can pick up a box of lock washers to stack up in there to get you another inch!
