South OC to the LBC

Obtained my 2002 Tacoma TRD 3.4L 4×4 back in November of 2016, had 182,xxx miles on it. I put 15k on in it since as well new motor, another 3.4L 5VZFE from Japan, new fox 2.0 coil overs, and most recently some new bfg ko2's 285/75r16's which have caused me nothing but trouble, weights wont stay on had them balanced 4 times already, steering wheel vibrates like hell at freeway speeds but only intermittently [emoji848]. As well as power steering fades (gets loose) after it gets up to temp, any advice or info not limited to the problems haha would be much appreciated
