What cause my speed sensor a to go out

Usually damage to the wiring or sensor if work was recently performed.

Could also be debris on the sensor itself.

There's one at each wheel. Check which one it is then inspect it and the wiring. There is one bolt holding it in.

That is a speed sensor but not a wheel speed sensor. Make sure you are looking at the right one.

I believe the trans sensor is at the bottom at the output shaft. I haven't paid too much attention to it.

Nope, its 2wd. All of a sudden the light came on and check it out and the guy said speed sensor
