Subwoofer Replacement ('08 Tacoma SR5 TRD V6 4x4 double cab)

So, I have a beautiful truck, but my music was too righteous and my subwoofer too old. i had a mechanic look at it and they told me it's a difficult replace because the bracket didn't fit pretty much anything.

I LLLOOOVVVEEE Bass. World wouldn't be right without it. just wouldn't.

So I'm hoping someone already has upgraded their sound system, and could tell me what they swapped it with.

I'd prefer to stick with JBL but honestly if it gets my truck vibing, I'll definitely get it.

As reference, I listen to a lot of EDM/metal.

And I definitely use my truck as a truck. It's not a pretty truck, it's a work/fun truck.

Real truck owners that use their truck as a truck don't an audio system.
Just get a boom box. Btw whats a 2008 sr5 trd?....it's either one, or the other. Starting to think the kids are at it again.
