Tacoma is a No Start

Hey everyone,
I’ve got a 2005 Tacoma with a 4.0L that won’t start. A little background: bought it with a blown head-gasket and swapped the motor. Donor motor was a 2011 v6 with 80k miles and supposedly ran great. Removed the valve covers to get a look and it looked pretty well taken care of; regular oil changes and all. Put the motor in and I’m getting a no start and I’ve narrowed it down to too much fuel getting into the cylinders. Engine will crank all day but no fire. I removed the brand new plugs, cleaned them up and put them back, removed the injectors and put them back and truck started and ran for about 30-45 seconds and died again. Did that a few times but it won’t stay running now. Any ideas what could be the cause? I’d hate to throw parts at it for trial and error purposes.

I used the original harness from my truck and everything plugged up easily.
Got a check engine light illuminated for some air flow issues: p0102, p0113, p0121,p0123, p2135
