Americans have turned this into a celebration of BBQ’s and retail nightmares. Veterans Day is to give thanks to the people who served this country and made it home.
Some have forgot that this is the day to remember all the fallen soldiers that gave their lives for our freedoms. The ones that didn’t get to come home to those they loved. The ones who where taken away from the spouses, children and parents, friends and loved ones by war.
This is a time to remember those folks.
I’d like to take a moment of silence to say thank you to those people....
