Throttle body intake cleaning?

I've heard that this should be done, I kinda want to do it on my taco but I have no clue on how to do it. I have the 4.0l v6 and my truck has 185,000 miles on it. I've never cleaned the throttle body but my truck never gives me any problems.

But i use the handle of a screwdriver to hold the butterfly open.
I take the maf sensor off to clean it.
I dont use a bunch of bailing wire to hold crap up.
I use a microfiber towel.
I undo 4 bolts for other side of tb, and carefully leave hoses on.

Truck may die 1st time u reattach errything.... dont worry bout it, just restart.

Is it worth cleaning the throttle body? My truck never has any idle problems. But at the same time she has 180,000

You might surprised, but home cleaning stuff like bestproductspro is doing fine for me. I personally can recommend, however, not suitable for all cars.

You just force it in there. It’ll go. And I’m sure your truck will never run the same. Or probably ever run again.
