Trans cooler vs oem 100k ext warranty

So I opted for the 100k extended warranty. Yet I plan on towing and the truck has nothing on it. How can I best set it up and keep my warranty? Looking to tow a car trailer flat bed with 3300 lbs on it. I know I could do that without a cooler but rather not.
 
Legally an aftermarket part cannot void warranty unless the part has been proven to cause a failure but even then they just deny to fix the failed OEM part. However your dealer, especially Toyota dealers, will fight you on everything. Maybe you won't have an issue if they do the work but who knows if they will do it. I'd contact them.
