Trans flush? Or drain and fill?

My Tacoma is due for some maintenance. Should I have the dealer flush the trans or drain and fill? I've heard lots of different things about flushing.. What u guys think?

Flush. Always flush unless you have ignored it for a while (150K+)

Thank you guys for the info. The truck just hit 100k I bought it with 80k I don't know the service history but I don't think it has been flushed

Yes it is. I'm gonna have the dealership do it I don't have time to mess with it. [emoji4]
