It shouldn’t have a constant vibration. Usually the culprit is needing an alignment, knitted tire, or part of the steering components. Without more details on the potential of an underlying cause it’s hard to tell.
Like @Bojangles said, take it to the dealership since it’s an 18 and under warranty.
