They have the ability to fail causing loss of the wheel. They require very mindful maintenance. If you want a wider stance get an aftermarket rim with a lower offset.What makes you not a fan of them. Just don’t like the look ?

Basically it’s adding a potentially unsafe variable to your vehicle that could cause a catastrophic failure leading to loss of control. Which could lead to you wrecking your vehicle or worse, hurting yourself or someone else.
The odds of failure aren’t through the roof with routine maintenance but that’s a decision you have to make.
