Whistle between cab and bed

I have a 2016 Tacoma 4x4. When traveling at 70 (which is hard on gas mileage) there is a whistle if there is a cross wind. While parked, if the wind blows 25 mph, the whistle is noticeable. It's not from the front. It's a howling from the gap between the cab and bed. I'm looking for help in fixing this. Our house is on pilings and the wind makes my taco howl. We can hear it inside our home.

I'll hear the same at highway speeds when encountering crosswinds, always thought it came from my factory tonneau cover. Never gave it much further thought as the noise is rarely ever there.

There won't be many options.

Primary is the change the gap width. Increase or decrease.

Add something in the gap, rubber door seal, foam pool noodle.

Isolate the cause of the howl. Make changes on the causation.
