Who makes this rack system

Hello, I just bought a 2008 base model.
It comes with a rack system and I want to add to it. I need to know who makes it, no label on it.
Here is some pictures.

What do u want to add?
People use T-nuts to add random crap... toyota also sells those cleats u have, and some hooks as well.
Toyota has a bed divider which can be handy too.



And before you ask how to remove the bedliner..... its not a liner, you have a plastic bed.
 
The cleats remove by.....
Loosen the knob a few turns, push the knob inward, slide the cleat either direction a couple inches till u feel a little notch and the cleat seems flimsy.
Then pressing the knob inward (toward rail), turn the cleat 90 degrees with other hand and it should pull off easy.

Install is opposite, and tighten until u hear the knob ratchet twice (kinda like ur gas cap clicking in place).
 
Welcome to the forum.
Like these gentlemen have pointed out the rail system is factory. Toyota has put it in every truck since the 2005 model up.
T-nuts are a great and cheap thing to add.

Thanks for the replies.
Where can I buy the U racks that attach to the rails? I would like to carry a paddle board on them. It looks like the guy in the video has them.
