Will a bed extender fit? 2021 Tacoma Limited

Anyone out there have this set up and it works?

I have the factory tri-fold tonneau cover & factory rubber bed mat. It looks like the vertical posts on aftermarket bed extenders sit in the slots of the bed. If there’s a rubber bed mat covering those groves and a tonneau cover installed will a bed extender fit with the cover closed?

I have a 2020 off road with bed extender, bed mat and cover. It works perfect. No issues. Surprised I use the extender a lot.
