You can probably get away with 285/70R17 or 285/75R16 with a 3” lift. However, your not gaining any off-road capability with this setup and you will rub off-roading. If you want to look “cool” for the mall or whatever than you should be ok, may have to do some trimming or heat gunning on the...
Yeah I actually traded it in last May for a 2020 model. It makes the same noise, it’s normal and what I’ve found is some are slightly louder than others. A guy at work has a TRD Pro and I asked him if his made the noise and he said no. I was like yeah right, so I listened to it one day when he...
I’ve heard people say they’re needed and not needed. Can you explain why a diff drop is not needed? Even for a 2-3” lift? How does it not cause stress to other areas of the drive line? What about the CV angle since it has IFS? I’m seriously just trying to understand why. Thanks.
No lift required.

If your not doing a lot of off-road, I would recommend trying to find a C load range tire in the sizes listed above.

How much lift does a stock 2020 TRD Pro have?
Does it have a factory diff drop?
Is there anything different between the TRD OR and Pro as far as diff height UCA/LCA/CV etc?
Trying to figure out what I need to do to run 33’s without rubbing issues on and off-road. I have a Toytec 2”/1” lift currently and have TRD pro 17” wheels.
I’m purchasing some new wheels by themselves and will be selling my stock wheels with the tires as they’re brand new. Will the new OEM wheels come with pre installed TPMS sensors? Or do I have to by them separate? What is involved in getting them installed and operating? About how much does it...
Like I said on the other post you should be able to get 265/70s for your 18” wheels, If not maybe 265/65s at least. The chart I posted says you can do 70s on an 18” wheel but I’m not sure about that.
