I don’t have a chip but recently put a sprint booster and drives a lot smoother and made driving the truck a lot more fun. You can read more about it here www.sprintbooster.com

All those do is tell the ECU you are using more throttle than you actually are. There would be no increase in power.

It's probably the same thing as the pedal commander or shift sense pro.

Its the same as pedal commander, it alters the throttle pedal signal.

As others said it doesn’t produce more power but throttle response is quicker. It maybe a placebo effect but definitely drives smoother. Doesn’t search for gears as often or feel like bogging out when accelerating into the freeway.

But if you don’t have a handicap but you have a manual they don’t have etc or do they?

Manuals do not have ECT.

I thought it was Engage Turbo Charger
So I don’t have a turbo on my 3.5L?
