Calling him a cheat is too kind. His lawyers delay and defer claims from unpaid contractors, he inflates the value of his properties for the purpose of securing low interest loans and deflates their values for the purpose of tax evasion. 39 sexual assault cases against him are pending while he and his legal footmen push paper toward the courts demanding delays or outright dismissal. Fraud, tax evasion and violations of the espionage act can't slow him down. Sure, blame the states and the feds. Trump has you exactly where he wants you.

I do know a bit about contracts being in business myself, and dates they must be completed by, or you don't get paid. It's part of being a business man if you want to be successful.

Well imo, nikkei will implement the same policies anyways as the orangeman without the baggage, so either way it's far better than the clown show now. I still would like to see the orangeman get in there just to see him clean house which I'm afraid won't get done with anyone else.
