Not all of us can drive pros and live on the hill.It really doesn’t matter where you are a natural disaster of some kind could happen. It just seems like the West Coast is always on fire anymore and the East Coast has always gotten slammed with hurricanes.
I like my mountains but flooding can be a real issue here. It wiped out half my County in 2016. 23 dead. Just live on the high ground away from the creeks and river banks and you’ll be ok.

But the skiing is fanominal! HahaHey, I lived outside of Park City (Summit Park) for 5 years. A beautiful place. We got 400 inches of snow each year. That came with its own problems. Tough on houses and driving.
