Could someone please give me the lowdown

2012 Toyota Tacoma leaked out all steering fluid, had rack and pinion replaced, guess that resulted in needing a new spiral cable. I read a lot of stuff in the forums but need a real plan with “what to do” listed. All controls on steering wheel not working and airbag light is on. Has cruise control. I sure appreciate your feedback. I don’t have anything else to drive

Pretty sure thats a safety recall, call ur dealership about the spiral cable
