So what's the best engine oil to run in my 01 TRD also manual transmission fluid and diff the truck has 160,000 miles on itIMG_1155.jpg
 
You're going to get a lot a of different opinions about which brand of oil is best. Personally, I like Mobil 1. In all honesty, if you put fluids in that match the manufacturer's specs, you should be fine regardless of the brand. I have never heard of an engine blowing because the owner did not use the right brand of oil. Use something that meets the manufacturer's specs in your owner's manual, and keep an eye on the levels to ensure your fluids do not get low. You will be fine.
 
Thanks guys I love my 01 And I have run mobile one in my 07 WRX since I've had it with no issues so that's probably the route I'll take[emoji106]
