It is. Bigger tires, and keep the truck low. No upgrades to the mount, I’ll cut it, and plate it. Sliders are home built, and I’ll detail them once they’re on, with how I’m mounting them

Sliders are on. Big boots are on. No weight, blah blah, I know, but front body mounts are cut and plated to clear the bigger tire.

I took out roughly an inch. Not so much for these tires, as for 37” tires for snow wheeling.

The sliders were built by another fella, for his 2nd gen Tacoma. So they’ve been a bit modified

I welded some 1/2” pipe thru the frame, welded both sides of the frame. I wouldn’t want to do this with the body in place, but with the body off, this was the perfect time to make these removable, without a CBI style bracket.

I love the look of a regular cab and wouldn’t mind owning one as a 2nd ride.

    Love the looks of yours.

Timing kit came in, so all new and installed now. Gotta do the valve cover gaskets this week, and install the front diff, and all associated, but should be putting the cab on this weekend.
