I'm not sure I bought it used. It's a clean title. Im guessing the bumper was hit a little. It's not that bad, it just bothers me. I was hoping if there was a clip that it came off or something. Was just seeing if anyone had an idea on how to fix it

No. That's not the cheapo way. Drill a hole and use zip ties. Lol. No that's cheap

As long as you don't strip it out, yes. Or put a bolt through with a lock washer.

Open the hood and look at the top of the driver side fender. See if a matching Toyota factory label is on it. It might be aftermarket!
