I had a 1994' Taco and sold it in 2009 and only had 180,000mi and it's still running strong today.
Only Mods were a Cold Air induction Filter and Catback exhaust

I just got my first oil change and damned if they didn't beat up my red calipers. Not too big a deal I can just touch them them up. They even damaged my plasti dip just a little. But that may be more my fault because it was my first dip. I'm gonna get a cheap gun like fonzie uses on DYC. COM. I want to see what the whole truck looks like
