How To Subscribe To Posts

This is a quick tutorial on how to subscribe to a thread.

If you'd like to get email notifications when someone replies to a thread you can subscribe to it. You can get daily or instant email notifications.

To subscribe go to the top of a thread and use the "Thread Tools" drop down menu. Then click on "Subscribe to this Thread"

That will bring you to an options page where you can pick if you'd like to get daily or instant emails.

Finally, you can change your Default Thread Subscription Mode here: http://www.tacomaforum.com/profile.php?do=editoptions

Hey Nathan. I set my "Options" to not receive daily emails about threads I'm subscribed to, but it's still sending me emails for each and every thread I'm sub'd to. Idk if I'm missing something or not.

The options set your preferences moving forward but you still need to edit what you've subscribed to in the past.

Check the box on the right to unsubscribe to threads (the top box selects all on the page) .. then use the drop down on the lower right to "Delete Subscription(s)"

Thanks, got it fixed. Except I didn't select "Delete Subscriptions" in the drop down, I chose "No Email Notifications" instead :thumbup1:
