I need Cell phone help.

First off, I know nothing about cell phones!!

Son is a full time College student, no income!

His account was with Sprint witch I got at SAM's, they made a mistake and I received unlimited everything under contract for a very cheap price!:whistling2:

My son has a Black Berry phone it's a Red model (they only made one red model) given to him by a friend when his black Sprint Black Berry went dead. I believe/think the original phone was a model 9350 and I know the red one was older.

Now the Red one is dead!

I want to get him the original phone he had the 9350. However I don't want any loop holes that Sprint can get out of the contract .

I looked on ebay and they talk about unlocked phones and things that mean nothing to me.
I just want to get a BB 9350 replacement phone that will work for him and connect with the Sprint network.
What do I have to do?

Try craigslist? I think some phone repair places may also sell used phones so you could get one w/o and new contract but finding the exact model would be a slim chance I'm sure. Other than that search the internet. I know some places sell older unlocked phones reasonably cheaper.
