I am having a very annoying problem with my 99 Toyota tacoma extended cab SR5 2.7L automatic transmission 4x4. I go to turn the truck off, i put the vehicle in park, turn the key off however intermitanly it will stop in the ACC position and not advance further so the key can be removed. I have tried the normal ideas of making sure brake is pressed etc. If the battery is dissconected the key turns the rest of the way. This is leading me to think electrical. Another symptom is the vehicle can be off, with key out of ignition and move the shifter from park to any gear without depressing the break. ANY IDEAS?! I am at a loss here.
