Need rear focused video camera for my Tacoma.

Guys I need a video type camera that can be placed in the rear window of my 2001 Tacoma unobtrusively, so people can't see it.
I want it to be on some type of switch so I can cut it on instantly from the dash/whatever to capture a video of what is going on behind the truck.

I need the video capture to be on some type of media that will be around for a while that I can take into "Court" and present as evidence in big problem I am having! Hope you understand!

Any ideas/suggestions/knowledge would be very much appreciated.

If you have an idea try to tell me where to get the parts/whatever.

I know nothing about cameras!

I would pick up a Go Pro Hero 2. It is a bit bulky though.

My buddy just got the hero 3, it's pretty cool cause you can view the thing you just recorded instantly on your phone. And it's pretty small.
