You need to have a tire size as a part of figuring it out. Is the truck lifted? 285's hit the Body Mounts. A 10" wide rim is to wide to use with 11.5" tires. 35"x12.5" would work with a 10" rim. But, if you've got no lift it'll cost plenty of money to run 35" x12.5" tires!!!

I have a 2.5 inch suspension lift and I'm putting on a 3 inch body lift I want go with 20x10 rims wrapped in 33x12.50

Your probably still going to hit the body mounts at the back of the front wheel wells! Because of the 12.5" tire width. If you find a rim with 4.5 inches of back spacing you might fit that tire without wheel spacers.
