Welcome to the forum. I know the cameras started in ‘08-09 as an option on the gen twos. I’m not sure when they started with the lines though.
All the gen threes ‘16-up have the directional lines.
Welcome to the forum. My buddy’s 2010 Tacoma sport doesn’t have lines in the mirror. The 2014s have the in dash display. I don’t know if any of the mirrors have the reverse lines on them at factory. I’m sure some aftermarket options are out there.
