My truck has spacers, came that way from dealership. If something breaks that just means I can upgrade and get better stuff[emoji2]

Negative. Top plate spacer move the entire coilover down so the shock bottoms out before the control arm hits the bump stop. Hit hard enough and this will happen. I've seen this happen dozens of time in my 7 years being on Tacoma forums.
