Weird Noise in the motor, like a diesel motor.

I have a 2007 Toyota Tacoma 4.0L motor, I did maintenance service last week, motor oil change, transmission oil change and injection system cleaning and now I heard a little weird noise in the motor, like the typical noise for diesel motors, when the car is in park or neutral it just sound a little bit but when rpm increment when you are driving the noise does not disappear, have anyone had this issue?

No like the whistle, is more like to the "clack, clack, clack" sound that a motor diesel makes,
 
its the varitable valve timing...or at least that's what they told me at the Toyota dealership.they said it was normal.
