Squeaky door seals

I would like to know what’s used to condition or clean the door seals.
Lately my door seals have developed a squeakiness while driving. Just wondering if this has bothered anyone else to the point of wanting to quiet the squeak ?

I hit all my door seals with a silicon oil on a soft cloth about 2 or 3 times a year. Keeps them soft for a good seal.

Zymol makes a door seal conditioner. I bought a six or eight ounce bottle 12 years ago and am still using it. Twice a year keeps them like new. Used it on my GMC for 12 years and 126K miles and the seals were like new, with no wind noise.

I use a door seal lubricant and it solves this problem for a long time ! (From any good auto part store)

Ballistol is an excellent product, but I would try a dot of the product on an unimportant part of door seal rubber. It may cause swelling or softening of the rubber. NOT a fault of the product, but the millions of different compounds that are eventually called 'rubber.'

I found out about Ballistol a few years ago at the Outdoor Show at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I thought it was "snake oil"... until the dealer gave men a small bottle to try.
Ballistol seems to aggressively remove is crud from firearms and copper in a gun barrel. I would not use this stuff on nickel plated firearms. Read up on Ballistol... truly a great product with a 1000 uses. Seems to work as a general lube of latches, hinges and a leather conditioner for my Tacoma's steering wheel. I also use this product on my battery terminals.

Have you ever made a batch of "Ed's Red"?

Yes..
I have a metal gallon paint can with Ed's Red for soaking gun parts. I also dab s bit on rusted fasteners... great penetrating oil.
